The Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) in New Delhi has launched a new project "Education in Russia", within the framework of which a series of introductory seminars will be held with the participation of the country's leading universities. The first event in the series was attended by representatives of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Tomsk State University and Novosibirsk State University.
The seminar was held online on the ZOOM platform with a simultaneous broadcast on Facebook. During the event, the staff of the RCSC told Indian applicants about the advantages of Russian higher education, as well as the possibility of obtaining it on a budgetary basis within the framework of the state quota of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The representatives of universities provided detailed information about educational institutions, admission procedures, available programs, living conditions and student life. Also, students from India currently studying in Russia shared their impressions and experiences with their peers. At the end of the presentations, a question and answer session was held.
The event aroused great interest and received over 700 views on Facebook.
