We are convinced that a multipolar world without wars in the 21st century can and should become a reality with the political will of all the States Members of the United Nations. It is necessary to halt the processes of destruction of the humanitarian and axiological foundations of human society through the falsification of history, the imposition of extremist ideologies and double standards in politics, the economy and the humanitarian sphere.
In modern history, this approach has already led to the disintegration of entire states, mass casualties among the civilian population, countless refugee flows, destruction and plunder of world cultural heritage sites.
Convinced that these disastrous processes can only be stopped by joint efforts, we ask you to support the initiative of holding a world conference on interreligious and interethnic dialogue in the Russian Federation in 2022 in accordance with UN General Assembly resolution 72/278 "Interaction between the United Nations, national parliaments and the Inter-Parliamentary Union ", adopted on May 22, 2018, in order to organize an open discussion on how to build trust between peoples, to support universal about the world.
We propose to include in the draft resolution of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly "Combating the glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to the escalation of modern forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance" recognizing the victory over Nazism in World War II War part of the world heritage of mankind, and monuments to the fighters against Nazism in all countries - the world memorial of mankind.
